The pre-sunrise Fall morning was cool—no, actually cold—as I stood on the roof of my car waiting with camera on tripod. Then the sun peeked over the Cascade Mountains. Automatically my camera shutter clicked. But the sun also brought warmth. It took three separate exposures and some texture layers to create this image.
